Uberwasser fulfills the need for an upscale guest retreat, home office, weekend residence or boathouse living (15’ x 40’). Uberwasser can be expanded in length from 40’ to 56’, 600 sq. ft. (l bedroom, 1 bath) to 840 sq ft. (2 bedrooms, 1 bath). 9’ finished ceiling heights are standard.

Supra Uberwasser is a two module designed to create a large living area with a two bedroom, 2 bath floor plan (1,200 sq. ft. to 1680 sq. ft.).

Situated on a narrow lot, the only view of the mountains and lake are framed with a full wall of glass to the front of the structure. Tubular skylights and high on the wall transom windows are placed in key positions throughout the structure for an abundance of natural light and cross ventilation.

Flooring is bamboo with glass mosiac tile (www.hakatai.com) in the bathroom and kitchen countertops. Ceilings are 1 x 6 tongue and groove white pine. Storage solutions/furniture/light fixtures/hardware are from IKEA (www.ikea.com). An orange “James Bond” free standing fireplace (www.malmfireplaces.com) is located in the living area.
