The client for this customized three module MODHAUS had particular requirements for his residence. There are unobstructed views of a mountain range from the back of the home.

The sides and front of the home were designed for privacy. Floor plan is oriented to take advantage of the mountain vistas,

pool/spa in the back yard. Four bedrooms were not required. The client wanted an intimate entertainment area adjacent to the central living core (on the back of the home) that will

maximize the livability of the floor plan. Nixing the forth bedroom allowed for a more luxurious second bath, larger closet and a more intimate/private second bedroom.

The master bedroom is enlarged to 18'x17'. Client also wanted a "toilet closet", separate urinal and a larger closet for the master bedroom. Bedroom three will function as a home office.

Transom windows located high on the 9' walls (18"x 4') were added to rooms for additional light and cross ventilation.

Tubular sky lights are added in the closets/baths/kitchen for additional natural light. Wherever possible pocket doors will be used.

In addition to the custom tailored floor plan, the client has selected all the finishes for the interior and exterior.

There will be a stick built four car carport/garage with workshop plus 3/4 bath on the back of the free standing structure. The workshop area is designed for future conversion to a guest house.
